I graduated as a Nutritional Therapist in 2023 after three years of study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine London (CNM), which included a year of Biomedicine. I wanted to equip myself with a deep understanding of how food can be a powerful tool for healing and maintaining health.

My approach is holistic and client-centred. I believe that each person is unique, and therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nutrition. During our consultations, I take the time to understand your individual needs, preferences, and challenges. By combining scientific knowledge with practical advice, I strive to empower you with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about your diet and health.

I’m a certified member of The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Association of Naturopathic Nutrition (ANP).

Put some time in my diary to speak about how we can work together, I’d love to speak with you!

What clients say

“Being coached and educated by Rachel about my dietary choices has been a life-changer for me. I've learned how to look at my food choices and combinations in a much more balanced way. There was no generic dietary plan - having spoken to Rachel over multiple sessions, I got a personalised plan based on my health needs and my likes and dislikes.  Everything we discussed was baked into the plan.  And then we iterated on it.  Rachel not only understands nutrition, she also has a wonderful ability to hear her clients.  My sessions with Rachel were hugely impactful on my physical and psychological wellbeing and I'm very grateful to her.
